Engineers are W-2-equivalent employees of Hanymany Talent A.Ş., based in Turkey. You contract with us; we handle payroll, benefits, equipment and Turkish labor compliance.

What if the engineer isn't a fit?

Two-week paid trial. If it's not working, we replace at no charge — including the original two weeks.

Do engineers work my hours?

Default 11:00–19:00 İST: 8h overlap with US-East, 5h with US-West. We offer a 13:00–21:00 İST window for Pacific teams.
